Common Questions About Residential Sealcoating

For most asphalt driveways, every two to three years. Newly paved driveways should wait six to twelve months before the first coat to allow the asphalt to cure properly.

Late spring through early fall. Sealer needs temperatures above 50 degrees Fahrenheit and at least 24 hours of dry conditions after application. If weather conditions are unfavorable, we will reschedule to ensure the best possible result.

It depends on the size of your driveway and its current condition. We provide free estimates so there are no surprises when the work begins.

Foot traffic is typically possible within 4 to 6 hours. Vehicle traffic within 24 to 48 hours. We confirm the window for your specific appointment on the day of service.
